The history of GM GROUP traces back to 1996. At the beginning of the 2000s for many Ukrainians purchase of a German car with a mileage was common practice and very few dreamt of buying a new vehicle. The Founder of GM GROUP contemplated to change customer preferences and shape a new 'car culture'. Persistent in his ambition he set up a small company which sold new cars.

In 2003 the Company signed an agreement for the official dealership with Volkswagen and opened the first concept car showroom in Khmelnytskyi and one of the first in Western Ukraine. Renowned reputation and desire to expand the range of car brands paved the way to new business opportunities.

In 2005 the official Skoda dealership opened its doors in Khmelnytskyi Oblast. Soon in 2006 five new brands were added to GM GROUP's Holding portfolio: Hyundai, KIA, Mitsubishi, Audi, Subaru. Further development promises to be even more dynamic.

2007year

Concept Subaru showroom is opened in Khmelnytskyi Oblast. The Company signs an agreement for official dealership with Renault and Toyota in four regions of Ukraine.

2008year

Concept Mitsubishi showroom opens its doors in Khmelnytskyi Oblast and Skoda showroom invites first visitors in Kyiv Oblast. An agreement for Toyota dealership in Vinnytsia Oblast is signed.

2010year

Premium Audi brand showroom appears in Khmelnytskyi Oblast. An agreement for official dealership with Peugeot paves the way to further expansion of GM GROUP's business.

2011-2020

Between 2011 and 2020 GM GROUP opened seven car showrooms in five regions of Ukraine.

2021year

Since 2021 GM GROUP has diversified and expanded its business with shopping center WOODMALL and WOODMALL CINEMA.
