Every manager in our Holding is expected to be a mentor for their team, encouraging personal and professional development, boosting motivation, and creating positive working environment.
During the training session participants were exposed to various roles of a mentor-manager. They were involved in activities that prioritize shaping communicative skills and staff motivation based on coaching approach. One of the training goals was to provide participants with insight on how to to create open environment for professional development, hold face-to-face meetings and provide informative feedback.
Ultimately, the managers obtained valuable experience and tools, required for introducing efficient learning strategies and fostering continuous staff development.
